OK, I’m probably the only person who’d actually listen to the entire Tribal meeting with ETP (DAPL). So I’ll recap for you: Kelcy Warren said the tribe never brought up their concerns. This meeting took place two years ago and the tribe laid out every single issue that is being brought up today. DAPL reps thought they’d make a presentation to a bunch of country bumpkins only to find both business savvy and oil savvy council members. In no way should they be surprised today what continuing with the project has brought to their door. They were warned two years prior.
